At Jigsaw HR Solutions we work with companies to put in place a plan for there HR requirements for the longer term, broken down into manageable slices.
Typically this would require an employee survey being completed and discussions with individual staff members.
From here we can look at what is working well and what isn’t and plan a way forward initially for the next 6 months.
An example of this would be to improve communication from management.
We would focus on a number of tasks each month to improve this activity. After the six months we would run the employee survey again and there will be improvements in the scores.
We would then focus in on the next key area that needs improving.
By breaking everything down into manageable pieces and focusing in on key areas you gain better results and the day to day business continues while the improvements are being made.
The overall objective, of course, is to improve in all key areas which will have the natural knock on effect of a healthier business.
